Assessment Centre

Assessment Centres consist of a combination of several assessment tools such as: tests, interviews and various group and individual exercises. This approach enables us to assess candidates’ competencies from different point of view and get a more detailed picture of the candidate profile. We recommend the use of assessment centers for the selection of candidates for managerial positions.
