1. What type of services does ConsulTeam Recruitment and Selection offer?

As the name suggests, ConsulTeam Recruitment and Selection focuses on recruitment and selection services for a large number of client companies. Our clients come from different business fields, and provide excellent career opportunities and working conditions.
Our service line is tailored to the potential employer, rather than to the potential employees. That means that we focus on the job openings, and screen all applications we have received for matching profiles.

2. Where can I find your recent job openings?

All job openings are enlisted in the job openings section of our web site. We usually publish our job openings in newspapers and magazines.

3. How should I apply?

We welcome all sources of employment applications, but prefer receiving your application at jobs@consulteam.ro.

4. What types of job openings do you usually offer?

We work on a broad range of job openings for clients from various industries. Therefore we encourage you to send us your application documents and also to check the openings frequently.

5. Do you keep old applications in your database?

All applicants who apply for a particular job opening also enter our database, unless they explicitly require that we do not keep their documents after the selection process is over.
If you do not see any attracting job openings currently, you may send your CV directly for our database. All you have to do is specify your areas of interest and career development expectations.

6. How do I know that my application is approved or rejected?

We usually provide feedback only to the applicants we have interviewed after completing the selection process. If you are interested to learn about any recent developments regarding your application, you may always call us to inquire. Please remember to tell us the approximate time you have sent your CV, and the position you have applied for.

7. How does the selection process look like in terms of methods, duration etc.?

We usually act as an intermediary between our client and the pool of applicants at the very first stage of the selection process; therefore it is hard to predict the exact duration of the whole procedure. It usually takes at least one week after the deadline for submitting applications to shortlist the approved candidates and invite them to a first interview.
The first meeting normally takes about 1 – 1,5 hours, and is structured in the following way:

Interview – discussion about the candidate’s previous professional experience, educational background, career expectations etc.

Test – depending on the job position, and on the requirements set by the potential employer, the first stage of the selection process might also include a test on the applicant’s soft or technical skills

8. May I apply for several positions at the same time?

You have practically no limitations as to the type and number of positions you may apply to. In case there are several job openings in which you are interested, we shall shortlist your application as long as it corresponds to the requirements.

9. How much do your services cost to me?

Our services are completely free of charge for job applicants.
