Assessment
The Assessment and Development centers are always offered as tailor-made service in order to ensure the best results for the specific needs of our clients.
The Project generally includes a number of exercises, designed to help the assessors evaluate the participants in accordance with a previously designed list of competencies, curtail for the company culture or job.
The activities may include oral exercises - press conference exercises, formal/informal presentations, counseling simulations, problem analysis exercises, interview simulations and others, role play exercises, leaderless group exercises. Usually the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis, Human Job Analysis and/or Team Culture Profile Analysis are included as a part of the assessment. These activities allow candidates to demonstrate the relevant skills in a friendly and non-stressing environment.
The assessment center can take anywhere from several hours to a few days, depending on the number of competencies and the depth of assessment the client requires.
The results from the assessment center also can vary from a short report in bullets - to a detailed description of the behavior of the participants in the assessment/development center and further assistance in using the acquired information.
