Assessment

The Assessment and Development centers are always offered as tailor-made service in order to ensure the best results for the specific needs of our clients.

The Project generally includes a number of exercises, designed to help the assessors evaluate the participants in accordance with a previously designed list of competencies, curtail for the company culture or job.

The activities may include oral exercises - press conference exercises, formal/informal presentations, counseling simulations, problem analysis exercises, interview simulations and others, role play exercises, leaderless group exercises. Usually the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis, Human Job Analysis and/or Team Culture Profile Analysis are included as a part of the assessment. These activities allow candidates to demonstrate the relevant skills in a friendly and non-stressing environment.

The assessment center can take anywhere from several hours to a few days, depending on the number of competencies and the depth of assessment the client requires.
The results from the assessment center also can vary from a short report in bullets - to a detailed description of the behavior of the participants in the assessment/development center and further assistance in using the acquired information.

Assessment Centre is one of the most reliable and accurate forms of appraisal.   In the past 4 years ConsulTeam has assessed over 1000 candidates through assessment centre.

They provide objective and professional approach for the selection process and ensure the best match of candidate and position thus reducing the percentage of fired or lost staff and giving the employer the possibility to make the best choice for the open positions. Assessment Centers are appropriate as well when mergers or acquisition are taking place in order to evaluate the available employees and create successful teams within the new organizational situation. Simulation type of exercises point out development areas of prospective candidates and their strengths in the area such as:
